    <content type="html">This week is going relatively well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been sticking to my food plan.&lt;br /&gt;I have not, however, done any exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay...one step at a time.&lt;br /&gt;I worked on the diet this week...&lt;br /&gt;next week I'll add the exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The good news is that I have taken off 5 lbs &lt;br /&gt;of the holiday gain...I'm pleased with that.</content>

    <title>New Year...New Beginning</title>

    <content type="html">Last year I was bad,bad,bad!&lt;br /&gt;My eating habits got even worse &lt;br /&gt;throughout the Holiday Season.&lt;br /&gt;It seems that I had given up.&lt;br /&gt;I let myself get so out-of-control...&lt;br /&gt;that my weight is up around my high.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, here I am at the beginning of the new year,&lt;br /&gt;I want to make a change,&lt;br /&gt;I need to make a change,&lt;br /&gt;I need to get my weight back under control.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have logged back into my Fitday account,&lt;br /&gt;after a long hiatus.  I know that logging-&lt;br /&gt;in everyday will help me stay on track with &lt;br /&gt;my food consumption.  I am vowing to myself,&lt;br /&gt;to eat less (far less), to eat healthier, &lt;br /&gt;and to get back to the exercise,&lt;br /&gt;which I haven't done in about 2 months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to a concert in February and&lt;br /&gt;I'd like to be down 10 lbs by then,&lt;br /&gt;and I want to have a hot bod by bikini season.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to do it this year!</content>

    <content type="html">I'm sorry that I seemed to have abandoned you...&lt;br /&gt;I didn't, really...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was trying something else...&lt;br /&gt;it didn't work...&lt;br /&gt;so here I am, again...&lt;br /&gt;trying, once again to lose some weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have new motivation...&lt;br /&gt;presently, a party on Saturday... not much, I can do &lt;br /&gt;in that short of time (damage control).&lt;br /&gt;We are planning a cruise for June...&lt;br /&gt;I will lose as much as I can &lt;br /&gt;between now and then. 20, seems unrealistic,&lt;br /&gt;but, I'm shooting for it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once, again, back to the very small meals,&lt;br /&gt;every few hours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm sorry that I left you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that you are all doing well.</content>

    <content type="html">I've been having trouble this week.&lt;br /&gt;PMS, I'm sure...still no excuse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Again, I am not going to make this month's goal.  :(&lt;br /&gt;I am still not giving up. I will not give up!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This weight just makes me so depressed.&lt;br /&gt;Bathing suit weather is fast approaching...and that is depressing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that everyone is doing better than I.</content>

    <content type="html">I am still having trouble over the weekends.&lt;br /&gt;I lose weight during the week and then manage to&lt;br /&gt;gain it back over the weekend. Too much food...too much drink.&lt;br /&gt;This past weekend, I went to a big St. Patrick's Day party,&lt;br /&gt;and drank wayyyyyy to much. It was fun though!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, I am not giving up...I am just going to have to &lt;br /&gt;try harder to modify the way I eat over the weekends.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week is going okay so far.&lt;br /&gt;I've been staying at about 1000 calories each day.&lt;br /&gt;I still have not been able to work exercise into &lt;br /&gt;a daily routine...and I know that I need to do that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that everyone is having a good week.</content>

    <content type="html">I got on the scale this morning and I was down 2 lbs.&lt;br /&gt;That leaves four to take off by the end of the month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whatever I'm doing, it's working...&lt;br /&gt;so I'm going to keep it up. The exercise Monday &lt;br /&gt;probably helped.  When my schedule normalizes &lt;br /&gt;(I don't know when that's going to be), I will &lt;br /&gt;be able to fit exercise into a normal routine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wed. I had about 1100 cal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kashi bar and yogurt...breakfast&lt;br /&gt;Kashi bar...mid-morning&lt;br /&gt;Tuna wrap and V-8...lunch&lt;br /&gt;Tuna wrap (a double)(it was good)...dinner&lt;br /&gt;along with a glass of wine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Totaling...1200 cal.</content>

    <content type="html">I knew that it was going to be difficult for me &lt;br /&gt;to find time for entries, after starting this new job...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The weekend...I ate too much...tortilla chips, did me in.&lt;br /&gt;Monday was good...about 1000 cal. and I actually exercised!&lt;br /&gt;Today...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kashi bar and yogurt...breakfast&lt;br /&gt;Cheese stick...mid-morning snack&lt;br /&gt;Turkey wrap and a V-8...lunch&lt;br /&gt;Peanuts and pretzels...dinner&lt;br /&gt;   along with a glass of wine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;puts me at about 1000 cals. again today...&lt;br /&gt;if I don't have another glass of wine, that is.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am still hoping to take off 6 lbs by the end of the month.&lt;br /&gt;I'm crossing my fingers.</content>

    <content type="html">Well, so far...so good!&lt;br /&gt;My training is going well.&lt;br /&gt;The people all seem nice.&lt;br /&gt;And this late, long shift is really &lt;br /&gt;helping with the dieting, as I thought.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calorie intake is about 1000 a day.&lt;br /&gt;No time to get bored and snack.&lt;br /&gt;I am also eating more healthy foods.&lt;br /&gt;I can be so much more disciplined when&lt;br /&gt;I've got a routine going that takes most of my day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I haven't found time for exercise yet.&lt;br /&gt;I'll work that in when my schedule gets better.&lt;br /&gt;Actually, I should get some exercise in&lt;br /&gt;over the weekend, and quit making excuses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe there is some hope of losing this fat before summer.</content>

    <content type="html">We had a great weekend,&lt;br /&gt;but as I predicted...it was bad for the waistline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday - I went to orientation for my new job...&lt;br /&gt;all day watching videos and filling out paperwork.&lt;br /&gt;Today - we had a short day of brief computer training.&lt;br /&gt;It was nice to get home early.&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow - I will finally report to my workstation&lt;br /&gt;and begin my real training...so, I can finally get&lt;br /&gt;some-sort of routine going.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday evening...I made a mistake that I shouldn't have.&lt;br /&gt;I decided to skip dinner...but, then later while watching &lt;br /&gt;television, I started snacking...I don't need to get into&lt;br /&gt;that bad habit. I'm going to nip that in the bud.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My schedule is going to be crazy while I'm training...&lt;br /&gt;once I am trained and working on my own...I'll be able to&lt;br /&gt;set my own hours. The girl that is training me doesn't &lt;br /&gt;get in 'til 10am...which is nice if you like to sleep in.&lt;br /&gt;But, I've always been an early-riser...and I'm not looking &lt;br /&gt;forward to getting home so late. Hopefully, it will be for&lt;br /&gt;only a couple weeks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going back to eating healthy, low-calorie foods every&lt;br /&gt;few hours and especially while I'm on this late schedule,&lt;br /&gt;I will just skip dinner all-together.  If I can figure out&lt;br /&gt;when to do the exercise...I will add that.</content>

    <content type="html">This week...no weight-loss...no weight-gain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We're going out of town this weekend...&lt;br /&gt;it should be lots of fun...but, I know that I will&lt;br /&gt;eat too much of all the wrong kinds of foods.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday, I start my new job...&lt;br /&gt;I'll be in orientation all day...&lt;br /&gt;I believe they are going to feed us...&lt;br /&gt;again, I'm sure that it won't be very healthy choices.&lt;br /&gt;I will start with my new plan on Tuesday...&lt;br /&gt;I'm going back to the eating every 3 hrs...&lt;br /&gt;healthy foods that are low cal.  That seemed to&lt;br /&gt;work well before, so I'm going to try it again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that you all have a great weekend.&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully, I'll be able to post on Monday.</content>

    <content type="html">Unfortunately, I end this month exactly where I began it.&lt;br /&gt;I had a goal of losing 6 lbs....It didn't happen.&lt;br /&gt;Ate too much, drank too much, and really slacked on the exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My anniversary is tomorrow...I have planned a special dinner.&lt;br /&gt;Also, the people at my current job are throwing me a "good-bye"&lt;br /&gt;breakfast tomorrow morning...complete with bagels and donuts. &lt;br /&gt;Oh my! And we are going out of town over the weekend...&lt;br /&gt;which means lots of restaurant food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looks like I will be starting fresh on Monday.&lt;br /&gt;I'll have a whole new schedule, so I'll be formulating&lt;br /&gt;a whole new plan.  I will start March, again, with a goal &lt;br /&gt;of losing those 6 lbs.</content>

    <content type="html">Only two more days left in the month...&lt;br /&gt;I must accept the fact that I have failed miserably this month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ate and drank way too much...&lt;br /&gt;No exercise...No weight-loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm trying very hard to be good...&lt;br /&gt;900 calories today, but I haven't exercised, YET!&lt;br /&gt;I need to exercise!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need to be good for the next couple of days...&lt;br /&gt;Thursday is our Anniversary, I've planned a nice &lt;br /&gt;dinner...and then Hubby is taking me out of town &lt;br /&gt;for the weekend...to celebrate our Anniversary and&lt;br /&gt;my new job. I've got to be good while I can&lt;br /&gt;so I can minimize the damage.</content>

    <content type="html">I've not been doing too well in the dieting arena...&lt;br /&gt;eating too much...not exercising...blah-blah-blah&lt;br /&gt;I've gained back 1 lb., so I still have those 6 lbs.&lt;br /&gt;that I started the month with,  to lose ...&lt;br /&gt;by the end of the month?...I don't think that&lt;br /&gt;is going to happen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to be careful over the next few days...&lt;br /&gt;and really be good and focus lots of attention&lt;br /&gt;on what I'm eating beginning Monday...&lt;br /&gt;I'll start fresh on Monday. And let's not forget&lt;br /&gt;the exercise...I've got to get back to that also.</content>

    <content type="html">I know that I have been away for a few days...&lt;br /&gt;and unfortunately...I've been slipping.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday morning weigh-in was good...no gain over the weekend.&lt;br /&gt;But, then my hubby took me out for lunch,&lt;br /&gt;to celebrate my new job...I almost always over-eat&lt;br /&gt;when I go to a restaurant. I mean I had a salad but it &lt;br /&gt;was probably loaded with calories.&lt;br /&gt;Then I came home and made a big pot of chili &lt;br /&gt;and had 2 helpings for dinner.  :(&lt;br /&gt;I haven't been too good today either...about 1200 cal.&lt;br /&gt;And I have yet to do any exercise!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need to get this under control and quick.&lt;br /&gt;I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow.</content>

    <content type="html">Well, I didn't do too badly yesterday,&lt;br /&gt;though, I believe that I did end up closer &lt;br /&gt;to 1400 cal. We decided to play dominoes&lt;br /&gt;and I made some popcorn to have while we&lt;br /&gt;were playing...I shouldn't have, I know,&lt;br /&gt;because I like it too much.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today is my son's final basketball game,&lt;br /&gt;My husband has planned for everyone to go&lt;br /&gt;for pizza after the closing ceremonies...&lt;br /&gt;I may pass on that, and just come on home,&lt;br /&gt;I don't need that sort of temptation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I really need to make myself get on that&lt;br /&gt;treadmill...maybe this morning, while they're&lt;br /&gt;at baseball practice. I really need to, JUST DO IT!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Have a great Saturday!</content>

    <content type="html">I got the job!  I just spoke with the manager that I interviewed with...&lt;br /&gt;and she chose me!  HR just hasn't gotten a hold of me yet.&lt;br /&gt;Exciting and nerve-racking at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, in a couple of weeks, I won't be able to post here so much...&lt;br /&gt;more working hours...but the dieting should be easier.</content>

    <content type="html">Weigh-in this morning was not quite as good as I had hoped.&lt;br /&gt;Last Friday to this Friday...down 1 lb.&lt;br /&gt;That leaves 5 lbs to shed by the end of the month.&lt;br /&gt;I'm not going to give up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hubby just fixed the treadmill...&lt;br /&gt;so, getting back to the exercise should help.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So far today, I have had about 500 cal.&lt;br /&gt;I've made a leek-y vegetable soup for dinner...&lt;br /&gt;it's so cold, I thought soup would be wonderful.&lt;br /&gt;Some soup and a glass or two of wine...&lt;br /&gt;I shouldn't go over 1200 for the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Have a safe Friday, everyone!</content>

    <content type="html">Dinner last evening was wonderful...&lt;br /&gt;it was fun being out on a date with my hubby.&lt;br /&gt;But, I guess because I had been fasting since&lt;br /&gt;Sunday afternoon and because I had a few glasses &lt;br /&gt;of wine with dinner...&lt;br /&gt;Plus we ended up eating so late,&lt;br /&gt;and the food was so rich...&lt;br /&gt;anyway, what I'm trying to get to&lt;br /&gt;is that it didn't sit well in my tummy,&lt;br /&gt;about an hour after going to bed I woke up &lt;br /&gt;extremely nauseous...I ended up vomiting&lt;br /&gt;quite a bit of what I had eaten...&lt;br /&gt;nasty as that was...I hate feeling nauseous,&lt;br /&gt;damage from last night, will probably be minimal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calorie in-take for today is at 500. That's it for today, no more.&lt;br /&gt;Still no treadmill.  :(  maybe he'll have time to fix it tonight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll weigh-in in the morning...I'm hoping to have lost a couple pounds.</content>

    <content type="html">I'm doing really well today,&lt;br /&gt;but, I have this horrible feeling that &lt;br /&gt;dinner, tonight, is going to destroy the&lt;br /&gt;progress that I have made this week.&lt;br /&gt;I've already been trying to calculate&lt;br /&gt;the possible caloric intake of dinner&lt;br /&gt;at an Italian restaurant...&lt;br /&gt;caesar salad, bread dipped in olive oil,&lt;br /&gt;plus the main course, and a couple of glasses of wine...&lt;br /&gt;I just know that it's going to be way over 1200 cal.&lt;br /&gt;IN ONE MEAL!...it's a sin!&lt;br /&gt;I guess tomorrow will have to be a fasting day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have got to try really, really hard to be good &lt;br /&gt;over the weekend! Only 2 more weeks to take off the &lt;br /&gt;6 lbs that I wanted to shed this month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The good news is that, the part came today&lt;br /&gt;to fix our treadmill...so, soon as he can fix it...&lt;br /&gt;I'll be getting back to the exercise.</content>

    <content type="html">Still hanging in there...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No urge to binge...which is good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to enjoy dinner tomorrow evening with no guilt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that part come for our treadmill soon...&lt;br /&gt;I actually miss it!</content>

    <content type="html">I think that I am getting over this stupid virus.&lt;br /&gt;I'm feeling a little better today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm thinking about continuing this fast&lt;br /&gt;thru to Wednesday...hubby and I are going out&lt;br /&gt;for dinner Wednesday evening...so, I'm thinking&lt;br /&gt;that I should just not eat until then...&lt;br /&gt;to compensate...we'll see how it goes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I found some liquid vitamins that don't&lt;br /&gt;seem to upset my stomach, even when it's empty,&lt;br /&gt;so I'll just keep taking them, and keep drinking&lt;br /&gt;lots of water...and see what happens.</content>

    <content type="html">I've been sick all weekend.&lt;br /&gt;I'm not as bad as my boys have been.&lt;br /&gt;I'm trying so hard to fight it.&lt;br /&gt;My biggest worry now, is that I &lt;br /&gt;may be getting a sinus infection.&lt;br /&gt;I'm just going to keep drinking water &lt;br /&gt;like crazy and make sure that I get &lt;br /&gt;plenty of rest.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had a nice big breakfast with my family&lt;br /&gt;this morning, and now, I have decided that&lt;br /&gt;I will have nothing more to eat until&lt;br /&gt;at least tomorrow, at this time.&lt;br /&gt;I'll just do a 24 hr. fast to get on track.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My hubby ordered the part to fix our treadmill,&lt;br /&gt;I hope that it gets here soon...&lt;br /&gt;I hate getting out of the routine of&lt;br /&gt;exercising...I was doing so well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I must get back on track...&lt;br /&gt;I still have 6 lbs to lose by the &lt;br /&gt;end of the month.</content>

    <title>Friday-update ... Not good!</title>

    <content type="html">PMS...and all this stress this week...&lt;br /&gt;job interview...kids sick...&lt;br /&gt;No weight-loss this week!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I spoke too soon...youngest, ended up with an ear infection..&lt;br /&gt;Doctor's appointment and pharmacy yesterday...&lt;br /&gt;along with PMS and this job in-the-balance!&lt;br /&gt;No weight-loss, no gain either, so, okay...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, maybe I'll fast, come Monday.&lt;br /&gt;I'm gonna be good this weekend...&lt;br /&gt;I've got to get this weight-loss &lt;br /&gt;jump-started again.  I am so sick of being&lt;br /&gt;chubby...ughhh...that's such a gross thought...&lt;br /&gt;chubby...but, when you're short...&lt;br /&gt;it's chubby...I hate that!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I'm looking forward to a better week,&lt;br /&gt;next week...I'll start my period, probably tomorrow,&lt;br /&gt;then on to more weight loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll find out about the job,&lt;br /&gt;probably, Tuesday...and then, I'll go from there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope that everyone has a good weekend.</content>

    <content type="html">My boys seem to be getting better...&lt;br /&gt;I believe that they will be ready &lt;br /&gt;to go back to school tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;So far, I'm still in the clear.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went for a job interview this morning,&lt;br /&gt;after my shift at the hospital.&lt;br /&gt;I think that I am going to take the&lt;br /&gt;new job. I'm a little nervous...&lt;br /&gt;the whole new job-thing. Plus it will &lt;br /&gt;be a LOT more hours...right now I'm only&lt;br /&gt;working about 20 hours a week...&lt;br /&gt;this will be 40-50 or more. Lots of&lt;br /&gt;on-call hours and OT. It will also be&lt;br /&gt;quite a commute. I'm still considering...&lt;br /&gt;it'll be substantially more money...but, &lt;br /&gt;also more of my time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm thinking that it will be quite beneficial&lt;br /&gt;to my dieting, though, I won't have all this&lt;br /&gt;time to get bored and binge in the afternoon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My husband broke our treadmill last night...&lt;br /&gt;he went to tighten something up and way&lt;br /&gt;over tightened it!  Ughhh...I hope that he can get&lt;br /&gt;it fixed soon...I'll have to stay on him about that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, I should go and get some laundry done.</content>
